Our History
Before founding Exodus Integration, Nimroth gained business transformation expertise from his employment at the following companies:
Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Division of Standard Bank (2001-2011):
- Corporate Channels Director and CIO of Transactional Products and Services (TPS) business unit responsible for the development and management of TPS products and services through the Bank’s online platform and entrenching them into CIB clients’ business operations.
- Director and Head of Technology Operations, responsible for the rollout and management of CIB technology cluster environments, providing related technology systems infrastructure and desktop services to CIB users.
- Head of IT Strategy, Service Delivery and Technology Risk, responsible for CIB IT Governance and related standards and providing secretarial services to CIB Business Prioritisation Committee (BPC) for the approval and management of investments in IT.
Accenture (Andersen Consulting) (1994-2001):
- Technology strategy management consultant on many private and public-sector business integration-related assignments for local and international clients.
The founder has BSc Computer Science and Mathematics degree from Wits University, Leadership in the Global Enterprise certificate from Thunderbird School of Global Management and several ancillary certificates from local and international institutions in business management and leadership, client relationship management, project management, facilitation, negotiation, and client solutions.
